The William R. Blow Sr. Scholarship Fund is an undergraduate scholarship program available to State of California high school seniors with financial need who seek to attend four-year colleges and universities in the U.S.

Each award is intended to cover a share of the scholars’ educational expenses – including tuition, living expenses, books and required fees. Awards vary by individual, based on other grants or scholarships they may receive and criteria.

Scholars are selected based on merit. Award amounts range from $500 - $2500, based on relative need. Applicants will only hear back if they are selected as award recipients.
